All EU governments have sovereignty over its territory and can nationalize your tastes. United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany and Austria have recently nationalized several banks. There is no legal obstacle, not in these countries in the EU.
There is no law that a Member State prohibits the nationalization of a company or in industry.
But why am I doing this?
