My dog has been throwing up saliva and breathing hard?!? - dog throws up bile middle of night

Somethings wrong with my 4-year-old German shepherd. For days the last few years has been nausea, difficulty breathing harder than usual (and) not only after the game, and sometimes vomiting. It appears that your vomiting is often a little saliva, but sometimes it will show the color brown or yellow bile from the mouth. This has been going 3-4 times a day and also in the middle of the night .. could sleep, but then rise suddenly to start in short, quick breaths, breathe through your nose, and then ... Best thwoing sometimes spit white and sometimes things seem to have passed, but nothing that can not produce, but solid as it comes to vomit. However, acts normal and eats and drinks, and poops all the same. I do not know what is wrongwith her ... Ideas?
